Sunday Snowdrop Strolls

Each Sunday during February at 2pm

A Ranger will lead a guided walk of about 1 hour’s duration to discover Snowdrops.

An afternoon of fun including ‘egg rolling’ and a treasure hunt to find the elusive Easter Bunny.

Guided walk - ‘Northern Frontiers’

Sat 5th June 11am – 3pm

A Ranger led 8 mile guided walk as part of Renfrewshire Council’s ‘Go Renfrewshire’ access fortnight. Steep climbs involved and packed lunch required.

Kite Day

Sun 20th June 1pm – 4pm

Celebrate Father’s Day by making a kite or bringing your own to fly on the lawns overlooking the Firth of Clyde. Additional charge of £1for materials used.

Craft Fair

Sat/Sun 26/27th June 11am to 4pm

2 hour Ranger led walk looking for tracks & trails of what’s been in the woods.

Christmas Tree tagging starts 11am – 4pm

Sat Nov 20th

Bring the family and ‘tag’ your Christmas tree. Return later in December to either dig up or cut down your tree.

Christmas tree sales – 9am – 4pm

Support the estate by buying our home grown Christmas trees, freshly cut or bare rooted! Free admission if you buy a tree. Check the web site for prices & wholesale opportunities.

Santa’s Grotto – ticket only

Sat/Sun 4th/5th/11th12th Dec 1pm – 4pm

Follow the woodland trail to reach Santa’s Grotto.
After meeting Santa join in with festive arts & crafts.
Tickets cost £9.50 per child (1 accompanying adult free).
Craft stalls in the courtyard 11am – 4pm

Wasailing walk – ticket only

Sun 19th Dec 6pm

Join the Rangers on a candle lit trail through the woods singing carols as we go.   Tickets Adults £7, Children £5

Bring your lanterns and join the lantern & candle lit trail to see the snowdrops in moonlight. Hot drink included.
